In my MA course, there is one project called “Text to image”. Everyone needs to pick up the text and focus on this transfer your ideas to images.“The little Prince” is one of my favourite book, therefore I would like to devote myself to achieve one work to address this. There is one sentence in this book catch my eye,
"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."

In this project, I want to transform my ideas into a piece of simple work. Paper is a magic material for me in some way. For me it always full of possibility, imagination and contains its own spiritual. In my mind it is a proper material for “The little Prince”. I tried to analyse my thinking/feeling about this sentence and also tried to visualize what appears in my mind.
Life is full of challenges and I do believe all your efforts in this life will pay back in sometime. Maybe you cannot get benefit right away, just be patient and a little faith you will get everything back. There are some symbols come to mind, heart, curve and flower. Doing everything/anything sincerely and in the end you will find the result is cheerful. The curve represents the process of what you have completed.
If you draw a heart on a piece of paper, you will found the half part of heart’s shape is like petal. Concentrate on what you are doing then everything will pay you back in the end is what I want to demonstrate.
I made a series of work not only single piece, because I need these images to communicate my ideas to the viewers all the things you achieved is worth and meaningful because you always learn some things from old experiences.
